If you find that you are unable to attend an Occultopus Productions event that you registered for, please let us know as soon as possible. This will help us refill the role, and will help your fellow larpers have a good experience by letting them know about casting changes quickly.
For paid events, Occultopus Productions will issue a refund to paying players who cancel their tickets earlier than 4 weeks before the start of the event.
After 4 weeks, there will be no refunds for cancellations except at the discretion of event staff.
