Garb/Costume Requirements

This is a high production live role playing game, and as such will impart and assume a certain level of costuming and/or prop requirements on all of those who purchase tickets. Please take this into account before purchasing your ticket. So what are the requirements? Some examples and inspiration from popular media are:

Television:

1. Game of Thrones
2. Legend of the Seeker

Movies:

1. Lord of the Rings
2. Willow
3. Legend

What is NOT allowed:

1. Sneakers and/or tennis shoes
2. Jeans
3. T - Shirts
4. Any other clothing which might be perceived as anachronistic, that is, anything you wouldn't expect to see in a show or film listed above.

Please arrive in appropriate garb for the game. Those in street clothes will not be allowed to play.

Weapons

As there is combat in this game, we will be allowing players to utilize live role playing weaponry. Commonly referred to as 'boffer' weapons, we will be restricting these to commercially produced weapons only, and of the latex / mold injected variety. Common manufacturers are Calimacil, Epic Armoury, and Mitryl. This is both to ensure the safety of the weapon being used, and to achieve the desired level of immersion.

While this may sound a bit strict, these guidelines are there to ensure that all players meet the same minimum level of quality and contribute to the desired overall aesthetic. Don't have a specific piece of costuming or some item needed for your character? No problem! Just let us know ahead of time, and if we can provide it, we will be glad to.
